When attending a Personal Sound Journey, I recommend bringing whatever items will make you feel most comfortable, as the experience is focused on your well-being. A reclining cushion, comfortable seating, blankets, and eyeshades will be provided for you. You are welcome to bring your own blanket, cushion, or your favorite meditation attire. Please bring what helps you fully embrace and enjoy the journey.

To fully immerse yourself in the Mythic Portrait Session, all you need to bring is your curiosity and a willingness to explore. I’ll guide you through the process and request two images—one full body and one headshot photo—to help create a personalized and meaningful portrait that resonates with your unique essence.
